Cut, sewn and knits manufacturing technology
comprises full manufacturing cycle: knitting fabric, dyeing,
fnishing,
cutting, sewing and packaging. The following circular knitting
machines are used for knitting fabrics; |

Single cylindered 112-168 needle from 9 gauges to 18 gauges.
Double cylindered 64-96 needle from 6 gauges.
Double cylindered 108-176 from 9 gauges to 14 gauges. |

Derya has the possibility to
dye socks in various colors.
The dyeing of fabrics is performed by ISO 9002 certificated
OEKO-TEX yarns or dyed in large dye machines. We are capable
to dye socks made of cotton, nylon, acrylic, rayon, wool, angora
and specialty yarns. |

The raw materials used include cotton, viscase
wool as well as various mixtures. Knitting fabrics like lycra
or elastane
also may be used. |

The yarns used for weaving include cotton, wool
and natural fibers mixed with synthetic yarns (polyamide, elastane)
from Nm 8/1 to Nm 40/1, synthetic yarns used are from dtex 13
to dtex 156. |

We use two different ways for toe sewing 60 percent of production
is performed by hand sewing and 40 percent is performed by
rosso machines accordingly to requests. |
